Bill Wright

About

Bill Wright is a founding father of the Pacific Northwest open source community. He co-founded the Bellingham Linux Users Group in 1998 and LinuxFest Northwest in 2000, serving as the fest's Treasurer and helping shape it into the region's premier open source event. His contributions were recognized with the Cascadia Community Builder Award from opensource.com. Bill is retired but remains a beloved figure in the community he helped build, and can still be found by attending the fest annually.
